Working hoursRegular working time for the Operator - 24 hours a day, without weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and holidays, excluding work break from 8 p.m. on the 31 of December till midnight of the 1 of January. Within the regular working time the Operator doesn't carry out any work during its fixed routine breaks.
Regular working time of daily operating services from 8.30 a. m. till 5 p. m., excluding weekends and holidays.
Legal public holidays in the Russian Federation are:
1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of January - New Year holidays;
7 of January - Christmas;
23 of February - Defender of the Fatherland Day;
8 of March - International Women's Day;
1 of May - Spring and Labour Day;
9 of May - Victory Day;
12 of June - Russia Day;
4 of November - Unity Day.
If the date of holiday falls on weekend, the following day will be a day off in lieu of the holiday or it can be another day on decision of Government of Russian Federation.
