Customer's request (tender) is the ground for contract preparation and execution. Request should include essential conditions of the ordered service.
For contract execution the Client should submit filled out client's card in set form. The card should be stamped and notarized by the signature of the authorized person.
Client's request and card are submitted to the commercial administration of JSC "Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg". Address: 5 Mezhevoy kanal, 198035 St. Petersburg, Russia.
Copies of request and card are transmitted by fax (812) 251-18-49, 714-99-12, 324-21-04, if it is necessary.
The Operator will perform operations according to the submitted requests of the Client and according to the documents necessary for these operations. All requests and the necessary documents should be timely passed to the Operator prior to commencement of operations and within the time span allowing the port to accomplish the operations within the regular commercial activity.
Oral requests and instructions of the Client don't make the Operator responsible for the operation accomplishment. |
