In 1979 graduated from Kiev State University named after T.G. Shevchenko. Ph.D. in Economics.

Since 1982– Economist in Trade Promotion Office of USSR in Romania.

Since 1987– Research Worker of Institute of Economics of World Socialistic System under Academy of Science of USSR.

Since 1989 – Senior Secretary in Central Committee of Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

Since 1991– Consultant in Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Since 1994– Director of Central Corporative Department “Mayakovskoe”, Director of Planning and Finance Office of JSC “Mosbuisnessbank”.

Since 2005– Deputy General Director. Development. LLC “Independent Transportation Company”.

Since 2009– Director of Corporate Financing. LLC “T.A.Management”.
